A documented operating model
LPM defines seven connected layers, shared terminology, diagnostic questions, working artifacts, and implementation guidance as one inspectable system.
Founder perspective
The question behind the framework
Why do capable people and strong technology still struggle to produce clear, coordinated outcomes?
I created Large People Model to help leaders see how ownership, decisions, communication, information, platforms, governance, and AI work together—and identify where the system needs to improve.

Documented scope
The public site separates a coherent framework from the evidence still required to validate its broader claims.
LPM defines seven connected layers, shared terminology, diagnostic questions, working artifacts, and implementation guidance as one inspectable system.
The framework is being strengthened through design-partner application, explicit evidence standards, and versioned public documentation.
LPM does not yet claim general causal proof, universal benchmarks, or independently validated customer outcomes.
Built from enterprise experience
My experience in large enterprise environments placed me inside systems where outcomes had to move through many teams, technologies, approval paths, and governance boundaries.
I lived the friction that appears when those parts stop working as one system. The same coordination patterns surfaced in different forms, at different levels, and around different kinds of work.
The work moved across business, technology, operations, risk, and governance. No single function could explain the whole outcome.
Ownership blurred, decisions resurfaced, communication multiplied, and trusted information became harder to maintain as complexity increased.
Platforms and AI accelerated the operating conditions already present—clarity when the structure was strong and friction when it was not.
Experience became structure
That repeated exposure became the raw material for Large People Model.
Framework origin · founder account
The recurring contradiction
The visible problem was rarely the whole problem.
A stalled decision, overloaded team, or weak AI outcome often pointed to conditions deeper in the operating system around the work.
Observe
Enterprise outcomes repeatedly break across ownership, decision rights, communication, trusted information, platforms, governance, and AI.
Connect
Those conditions are usually managed as separate initiatives, even when they shape the same workflow and operating outcome.
Make visible
LPM organizes the pattern into seven connected layers so leaders can locate friction and improve the conditions beneath the work.

Evidence discipline
The public work can be inspected for coherence and usefulness. Independent evidence determines how strongly its claims should be trusted.
How I approach evidence
Lived experience can reveal a pattern and make it useful. It should not be confused with independent proof.
The framework, definitions, tools, and underlying reasoning are available for readers to examine and question.
Founder analysis, illustrative examples, published evidence, and independent validation are clearly distinguished.
Claims should grow only when supported by documented methods, appropriate permission, and transparent limitations.
The Evidence Standard explains how those distinctions are applied across the site.
Read the Evidence StandardValidation roadmap
The founder’s explanation of origin is useful context, but it is not presented as independent validation.
Each stage has a different burden of proof. Public coherence comes first; applied observation follows; broader outcome claims wait for evidence strong enough to support them.
Publish the framework, definitions, scoring logic, tools, claim boundaries, and machine-readable relationships so the work can be challenged precisely.
Use bounded design-partner workflows to examine whether LPM helps teams locate friction, name ownership, and build better operating proof.
Independent or permissioned studies must determine whether the model predicts outcomes across contexts. Editorial decision pending where current records conflict.
Published work
These public records make the framework, its claim boundaries, and its structured knowledge available for review.

OpenWhere the work continues
Large People Model makes the operating framework public. Lapemo Systems develops the company, platform, and applied work around it.
I am building both around the same question: how can leaders make complex work more visible, accountable, and governable?
01 · Framework
PublicThe public framework for seeing how ownership, decisions, communication, information, platforms, governance, and AI shape organizational outcomes.
02 · Company
AppliedThe company developing organizational intelligence, practical tools, and the Lapemo platform from the operating principles behind LPM.
LPM does not assume every organization operates the same way. It is a framework formed through repeated exposure to enterprise coordination challenges and made public so others can inspect, apply, question, and strengthen it.
