AI risk and management

The LPM difference

LPM is the connective operating architecture.

It does not replace a change, delivery, process, architecture, service, or risk method. It asks whether the organization underneath those methods can carry accountable work from intent to outcome.

LPM + AI risk frameworks

Use when AI controls exist on paper but operational authority is still ambiguous.

Division of labor

NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001 structures risk and management evidence. LPM defines who owns outcomes, supervises agents, and can stop or override them.

Evidence it is working: Each governed AI use case has a named outcome owner, decision boundary, evidence trail, and review path.
