Annual Survey

The State of the Hybrid Workforce Operating Model

A recurring, industry-wide measure of how enterprises own, decide, govern, and safely automate work as humans and governed agents operate together.

Opens with the first design partner cohortAggregate and anonymous

What it measures

Five measures of operating-model health

Decision latency

How long it takes from a decision being needed to an accountable decision made, communicated, and acted on.

Ownership clarity

Whether each outcome, decision, and risk has a single named human owner.

Governance embedding

How far governance is built into daily operation rather than bolted on after adoption.

Governed agent adoption

Where organizations sit on operating agents inside named ownership, boundaries, and audit.

Supervisory capacity

How much agent oversight each named supervisor can carry before control degrades.

Who should respond

Built for the leaders who own the operating model

Transformation leaders

Strategy, PMO, and operating-model owners accountable for how change actually lands.

Operations leaders

COOs and operations executives who own how work moves across the enterprise.

Technology leaders

CIOs, CTOs, and platform leaders shaping the systems work runs on.

AI leaders

AI, data, and governance leaders deciding where agents assist versus decide.

What respondents get

Early access and your placement

  • The full report before its public release.
  • Your percentile placement across each measure, when the dataset is large enough to support it.
  • A private read of how your operating model compares to the cohort, aggregate only.

Methodology and anonymity

Aggregate only, never attributed

  • Aggregate reporting only. No individual organization is named or attributed.
  • Responses are used to build benchmarks, not to identify respondents.
  • Percentile placements appear only when the dataset is large enough to protect anonymity.
  • You can withdraw your response from the dataset at any time before publication.

Timeline

The survey opens with the first design partner cohort.

The first cohort of design partner organizations seeds the dataset. As it grows, the survey is intended to become a recurring evidence source behind the Large People Model, published annually. Registration is not open yet; this page will add a participation path only after the survey workflow is operational.
